  4. javier gayoso picked U19 azkals over teen gilas...kung sabagay sa guard position mas marami cyang ka kumpetensiya sa slot ng gilas cadet pool.

at least sa azkal NT he can used his height advantange sa loob ng box...isang malakas na header..

  5. our homegrown boys ay dapat i coach ng isang foreign mentor...

  6. The PFF has an inverted pyramid structure. They build from top to bottom instead of bottom to top that's why they always fail. If you noticed most of the Youth national team players belongs to upper class with their parents watching them anywhere they go in every tournament whether its local or international. Plus PFF coaches are prone to "suhol" and will immediately succumb to parent pressure win choosing the most qualified players for the team. The PFF coaches has a standard height requirement now (which is ridiculous) when it comes to youth teams teams and will make every underprivileged player think twice due to their built and moral support as we all know rich kids are more bigger and taller that poor ones but skills wise is another story but most of them have more heart and endless passion (it's always proven time and time again that those who are desperate in life have nothing to lose and will fight to the finish) than rich lads who only knows to idolize and "pasikat" style of play plus they are spoiled brats with their mommies and daddies always giving instructions (how can they learn to become intelligent players?) in the sideline cheering for their sons for the sake of their family names but not really for the whole team. And besides those rich kids will not continue to play football when they graduate in college because they have businesses and jobs to mind and afraid to suffer injuries in the adult life. See, that's why the fuckin' PFF is always destined to fail because its the inverted pyramid and not the pyramid we know as the rest of the world is following. And for the local coaches, majority of them are not good enough for international level only a handful is fit but are shy and an outcast from PFF or far away from the heart and mind of Technical Director Aris Caslib and Gen Sec Ed Gastanes (hindi kasi "bata" nila) as this two are the head of appointments for youth coaches with Dan Palami in the senior team. Local coaches usually receives dole outs from rich parents and succumbs immediately to demands and suggestions from them instead of having a strict philosohy towards parent to coaches relationships. The one reason of downfall is also the time and schedule of practice that should be done every month and for the whole year program with a pool of many talented players always meeting up for practice once in a month and not a cramming 2 weeks or 3 weeks before the tournament begins.
